Alina is client-driven, quality-focused, and safety-conscious with over 18 years of progressive experience in retail operations and project management. She is a creative thinker, detail oriented, and has excellent analytical skills. She prides herself on being able to easily establish and maintain favorable rapport with diverse clients and team members.

Janette's fun and bubbly personality could not be a better fit for our company. She loves socializing and meeting new people and is always on trend. She has a passion for fashion, events, and customer relations. You can expect her answering your calls with a smile and turning your event dreams into a reality. Janette puts her best foot forward in all that she does and only delivers the best.

"Fer" is the right hand of our sales team. She joined Elements & Accents, practically out of High School, as a Receptionist. Her team spirit had her working along with Sales & Logistics in less than three months.
She is proactive, creative, have a friendly personality and she's always eager to help clients and co-workers as well as to start new products.
Very soon she will be promoted as an Event Specialist, with her own client base
Adrianne Morales
Social Media Manager
Adrianne has been our Social Media girl since she was a Broadcast and Digital Journalism student at Syracuse University. She now has a full time job in DC, but still handles our Social Media. Having a Gen-Z on our team allows us to keep up with what's trending and get a better understanding of our social media audience. Adrianne is fueled by her passion for communicating with audiences online and delivering trendy and relevant posts. She strives to create buzz-worthy content that will hopefully translate into increased customer happiness and engagement. Adrianne is proud to call Miami home, even tough she is now in DC, and loves working as a free-lancer for Elements and Accents.
